Everything worth knowing before you order.
Is it really marble?
Yes. Every fixture is machined from a genuine block of natural stone — Calacatta, Viola, Nero or travertine. That's why no two pieces share the same veining, and why the shade glows when lit.
Do I need an electrician?
Table lamps and plug-in sconces work straight out of the box. Hardwired pendants and flush mounts install like any standard fixture — most customers have them up in under 30 minutes, and any licensed electrician can do it quickly.
Are the lights dimmable?
Most of our fixtures ship with a dimmable integrated LED — check the “Dimmable” line on each product page for the exact spec.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every order is packed in custom foam and ships fully insured. In the rare case something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement free — no return required.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How do returns work?
